IT support specialist with a strong service-oriented mindset and a broad technical background. Several years of experience in ICT support, user assistance, and working with a wide range of systems and tools.
Strengths include structured problem analysis, quick comprehension, and clear, solution-oriented communication. Professional interaction with users in German, English, and Spanish is part of my daily work, as well as precise and self-reliant execution of tasks.
In addition to my professional role, I am deeply involved in self-hosting, automation, and operating my own server infrastructure. This includes managing and continuously optimizing a comprehensive Plex environment, both technically and functionally.
My goal is to deliver stable, efficient, and user-friendly IT solutions—both in professional environments and in private projects.
My personal Plex server is more than just a media collection – it's a curated experience. From optimal encoding settings to perfect metadata organization: I love perfecting my library.
From classics to arthouse to current series – I watch (almost) everything and love discussing storytelling, cinematography and directorial decisions. A good movie night with friends is hard to beat.
Whether story-driven adventures, competitive multiplayer, or indie gems – gaming is my passion. I love exploring virtual worlds and the challenge of mastering new mechanics.
My homelab is my digital playground: trying out different services, optimizing network setups and keeping full control over my data. Privacy and self-determination are important to me.
Nothing beats fresh air and a good trail. Hiking helps me disconnect from the digital world and recharge. From local trails to mountain peaks – every hike is an adventure.
New frameworks, hardware reviews, open-source projects – I'm always on the pulse of the times. I'm particularly interested in how technology can simplify and improve our daily lives.
